- Select ‘ProgramParticipants’ on the blue list on the right side of the page
- Click on the Canadian flag beside the ACTION:Ontario option
- Select ‘Bethany Goertz’ or 'Cara King' or 'Kiara Cavallo' or Sarah Morrison' from the drop down menu. Please fill out the following information on the page and submit.
