This girl, Paa, captured a piece of my heart last Tuesday. She looked pretty sad, but the more I got to know her (through using hand gestures) the more I saw how beautiful she was. Team Bara and our new Thai friend Palm Tree! We met him on the water taxi to the Grand Palace and he decided to stick around and give us a tour of the Grand Palace :) !

One of the temples at the Grand Palace. Lots of gold, lots of idols and lots of jewels... everywhere! It's a gorgeous atmosphere, but the religion behind the buildings are oppressive.
